ZENQOR Trading ([CR number]) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect on zenqor.qa, why, and your rights under Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016).

What we collect

• Order data: name, email, phone, delivery address — needed to fulfil and deliver your order.
• Account data: login email and password (stored by our ERP; passwords are hashed).
• Trade applications: company, contact and business details you submit on the For Business page.
• Technical data: basic device/usage information for site operation and analytics.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders (including calls/WhatsApp about delivery).
• To operate your account and show your order history.
• To review trade-account applications.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Where it lives

Order and account data is stored in our business system (Odoo, hosted on Odoo.sh). Access is limited to authorised ZENQOR staff.

Your rights

• Ask what data we hold about you, and request correction or deletion (subject to legal record-keeping for invoices).
• Withdraw consent for non-essential communication at any time.
