What are the payment options for trade accounts?+
New accounts start on cash on delivery or bank transfer. Established retailers can be approved for on-account terms — our largest chain partners trade on up to 60-day terms today.
Is there a minimum order?+
No hard minimum to open an account. Wholesale pricing applies per the trade pricelist; your rep will confirm volume breaks per category.
Do you deliver to our branches?+
Yes — delivery across Qatar from our Doha and Al Wakrah stock, including multi-branch drops for chains. Collection from either location is also available.
Is VAT added?+
Qatar currently has no VAT, so invoices carry no VAT line. If regulations change, invoicing follows automatically — our ERP handles it.
Can we see wholesale prices online?+
Today the online store shows retail prices; trade pricing is quoted by your rep. Wholesale prices behind your business login are on the portal roadmap — applying now gets you in early.
